Change Agent Certification

The Practicing Implementation Effectiveness workshop is one step in the Change Agent Certification process.

Through the use of a computer driven business simulation, participants are given the chance to experience the results of their choices made while managing large-scale change in a simulated organization. In addition to this unique learning methodology, participants are also introduced to the eight critical success factors for managing change, theory/concepts behind them and are given ample opportunity to apply the concepts to real world examples. Prior to attending the workshop, participants will complete a pre-work assessment to provide insight on their current capability. Additionally participants will complete post-work assignments and receive coaching from II facilitators as they work to apply their learnings to build and execute a change plan. Participants will also have access to an online change agent community to ask question and share best practices.
