- Led the implementation and measurement of corporate strategy for specialty retailer with over 450 locations. Partnered with CEO and Sr. Leadership to implement strategic plan to drive business results. Focused on change management to ensure all employees understood the corporate strategy and alignment with individual goals and objectives. Delivered financial results and survey results showed an increased understanding of how individual performance impacts business results.

- Led the planning, development and implementation of organization-wide talent management process to optimize human capital. Focused on all levels of leadership to effectively implement goal and objective setting, pay for performance, employee development and succession planning processes. Results were increased employee engagement and a reduction in turnover.

- Led organization design and process improvement initiatives for multiple operations functions at a Fortune 100 insurance company.
