Deb has provided consultation and leadership development for companies around the globe including Asia, Europe and North America. She has presented to the OD Network and PMI on topics such as designing global leadership programs, building strong teams and influencing key stakeholders and is a guest speaker at the Antioch University McGregor School of Business and Wright State University. Deb has worked in the information technology, paper and packaging industries in the capacity of OD consultant and Director of OD. In these roles a few of the initiatives she provided support for include a large scale business transformation, High Performance culture change, Employee Engagement initiative, and launch of an Innovation Center.
Prior to her career in consulting, Deb held numerous managerial positions where she was involved with a division closure, global sourcing, corporate reorganization, and culture integration. Deb holds an MSOD from the Graziadi School of Business at Pepperdine University where the focus of her thesis was Improving Acquisition Performance. She also earned a B.A. from Capital University in communication and an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems from Sinclair Community College and holds a Certificate in Organization Development from National Training Laboratories.
