Julie has worked with clients in many multi-national and global companies, giving her insight into cross-cultural factors and considerations. Julie spent seven years at Personnel Decisions International, a global human resources consulting firm, specializing in competency modeling and developing employee selection systems. She then worked for Accenture for nine years, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, change management, organization development, education, and communication. During her career, she has worked as a consultant to numerous Fortune 500 companies. Julie is an adjunct consultant to ROI Consulting and Implementation, an international organization development and management consulting firm, based in Minneapolis/St. Paul and the Executive Director of the Implementation Institute a firm dedicated to helping organizations bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
