Suzanne Coll has provided value to many clients and her experience in HR and OD has helped organizations to raise employee engagement and grow effective leaders. She has been involved with creating strategy and visions, managing organization change, facilitating planning sessions and conducting focus groups.
 

She has provided her knowledge in HR and OD to support organizations in several industries such as aerospace, high tech, semiconductor and biotech.  She has also worked with a non-profit organization to help them focus on key initiatives and facilitated their Board retreat.  Suzanne has worked with client groups in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and China. 

Suzanne has also worked with global teams in the software industry in order to create common processes and implement new Talent Management initiatives.  Her interest in different cultures and ability to build strong relationships quickly helps her to be successful in working with teams and organizations.  
 

Suzanne’s passion is to help managers to become better leaders and to help teams play well together.  For example, while supporting an organization in the biotech industry, she coached several managers through change and a difficult team situation.  In parallel, she worked with the team and these efforts resulted in gaining trust among the team as well as with management and a stronger team was created.
