The Implementation Institute™ Learning Experience
There are a host of individuals who, through Implementation Institute learning, have constructively impacted their organizations, getting the best from themselves and the people they lead or serve. ► Learning for Individuals
- Implementation Institute offers a yearly schedule of learning programs for today's business professional, educator, consultant, or change agent. Implementation Institute offers open-enrollment programs for individuals in the areas of implementation effectiveness, leadership development and team development.
All programs are designed and delivered by Implementation Institute faculty who must meet rigid standards for Implementation Institute membership before they can design and lead a program. All classroom based programs are led by a faculty team, so participants receive the benefit of the combined expertise of people with extensive backgrounds, education and practical experience to ensure the highest level of professional competency.
Customized Design Group
The Institute's Customized Design Group provides client-specific learning solutions to meet a broad spectrum of client needs. In addition to proprietary methodologies, the Customized Design Group builds capacity to achieve competitive advantage through training and consulting in topics of importance to the organization.
Educational Experiences
Whether e-learning or instructor led, courses can be custom designed to positively impact business results. The Institute's Customized Design Group partners with the organization to provide learning solutions that support the organization's strategy and build a competitive advantage.
Consultation
In addition to educational solutions, Implementation Institute offers consulting services tailored to the unique needs of the organization. Drawing on the Implementation Institute's expertise, our charter members work with all sectors, using a systemic analysis of a situation to build collaborative solutions to critical business issues. Consulting services are offered in a variety of areas including implementation effectiveness, executive coaching, strategic planning, team development and culture assessment/change. Each Implementation Institute consultant applies over 20 years of field experience to their work with project managers, leaders and team members to drive desired business results.
Whether it's reconfiguring an existing training program or designing new programs and services to meet the unique requirements of each client, Implementation Institute's Customized Design Group infuses each project with the collective knowledge and experience of the Implementation Institute's distinguished faculty.

- Multiple approaches to the Implementation Effectiveness tools and education are available: We provide an executive briefing, a one day overview and a two-day IE Workshop. All are designed to transfer learning to real time situations.
The Implementation Effectiveness workshops put participants at the controls of a large-scale organizational change while a sophisticated, computer-driven business simulation provides compelling team competition.
The Institute's simulations offer an efficient way to engage leaders in how their decisions and actions affect not only the performance and bottom line of the organization but also the impact to the employee and customer experience as well. They quickly realize the systemic impact of their actions and how to use speciifc tools and assessments to make more informed decisions in the future.

- The Implementation Effectiveness Certification is designed to increase the organization's ongoing capacity to implement. This 4-5 day learning lab focuses on methodology transfer and reduces dependency on external consultants.

- Charter members of the Implementation Institute have been featured speakers in national and international conferences and seminars. Each presenter translates his or her decades of experience into relevant content with meaningful examples. Presentations and addresses can be customized in any format desired - from brief introductory addresses to multiple-day conferences. Each Implementation Institute presenter delivers practical and tangible strategies to increase the probability of successful implementation.

- Implementation Institute has developed a series of tools that enable project managers to measure progress and results of an implementation effort. Individuals can measure their own Implementation Effectiveness Quotient (IEQ), and identify the characteristics which will help and hinder them when implementing change.
A host of additional tools have been developed to enable organizations to measure culture, employee engagement/resistance, and the perception of employees about the success of previous implementation efforts.
This knowledge allows project managers to predict key leverage points and accelerate current or future implementations. The primary objective of this integrated measurement system is to identify opportunities and leverage finite resources to maximize impact in less time.
