Lisa Zweber is Executive Director of the Implementation Institute. Her knowledge of foundational and cutting edge OD approaches has been applied to many industries. Lisa has worked with client groups in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, China and Singapore.

Terry Smith is a charter member and principal of the Implementation Institute. He is also one of the founding partners of ROI Consulting, an international organizational development and management consulting firm based Minneapolis.
